Want to make your week more productive and aligned with your goals? Here’s a simple step-by-step method called the Review-Preview that I use every Friday. 🗓️
1️⃣ Review Your Week: Spend 15-20 minutes looking at your past week's calendar. Check all your meetings and tasks. Ask yourself, 'What follow-ups do I need to do?' 🤔
2️⃣ Preview the Next Two Weeks: Look ahead at your calendar for the next two weeks. Think about the prep work you need for upcoming meetings and tasks. 📅
3️⃣ Align with Your Goals: Compare your calendar with your personal goals. Are your scheduled activities supporting what you want to achieve? 🧐
This method helps keep everything in sync and ensures you’re not dropping the ball.

One of my advisors taught me this idea called the review preview. So every Friday I spend like, 15 20 minutes and I just look at my calendar for the past week. It's not a hard exercise. And I just look at all the meetings that I had, and I ask, what follow up do I need to do from this, right? And then I look preview, I preview the next two weeks out. And I say, what prep do I need to do for this? And I just, that's how I make my LA you don't drop a lot of things. The crazy part is, when you look at your calendar, you'll realize that, man, my priority was to fix my sleep, but none of the things in my calendar reflect that at all. I booked meetings from seven to 9pm I've got, like, workouts from eight to 11pm and you start to realize that they're out of sync with the goals that you set for yourself. So it's a good the calendar's a nice way to do the review preview well.
