Asking generic questions will probably get you generic answers. If you asked a question about writing e-mail and you said, Hey Sharran, how do I write better e-mail? That's a pretty generic question. I could go to 3500 different ways. But if you said, Hey Sharran, I've been writing emails for the last three years, how do I get more responses from my e-mail? I could give you a couple of specific tips. When you're talking to an expert, asked specific questions. Honor them by asking specific questions because what they will do is they will take their years of experience and not only give you a specific answer, they will also give you an insight that you probably never even thought of. Go with specific questions to experts to honor them so that you get specific answers and insights so you can improve your life immediately.
