If you complete your To DO list, you are underperforming. OK here's what I mean. I’ve talked to the average performers and the high achievers and the high achievers every single time say the same thing over and over again. And that is when I wish I had more time to do the things that I really want to do. Now, yes, average performers that say, hey, I got priority, I got it done. But the highest achievers saying and I want more time to do the things that matter the most. You want to have more things that you can do more, be more, give more and achieve more until you may say, Sharran, are you asking me to work harder? No. Are you asking me to put more things on my To Do List? No. Are you telling me that I need to get more of my day? No. Asking you to do something completely different. I wanna challenge you that instead of doing more work, just capturing the idea that is in your head. Just capture them. Because if you make a commitment to capturing every great idea you had, you can then figure out which one is worth doing and which one is not, because prioritization is powerful. So just capture everything you have and you'll see an insane amount of success coming your way.
