You can get somebody to A- in skill, A- with maybe five days and one hour a day. Five days and one hour a day of role play. No teaching. Don't teach them anything. Just do role play. It's like when you're studying for the SATs or the LSATs or the gmats or whatever you're just taking practice tests. If you do role play, one hour a day for five days, I guarantee you, you can turn them loose. They will do just fine. One hour a day for five days, you are five hours away from great skill. I will tell you, for most of us, we have not done five hours of training in five years like
I still run my role plays. That's like my hour and a half with the team on Tuesdays and Fridays. That's when I get anybody and I think Marianne has been to them. We literally stand in front of the team, and we coach and develop with them
