Not all coaches are made equal. Some coaches are built just for scaling big teams. Some coaches are built for agents from like zero to 10 deals. Some coaches are built to help with geographic farming. Some coaches are built just for lead generation. Most people don't know how to hire a coach. The way you hire a coach is by asking two important questions, have you done this with other people, and can I talk to them? And number two, what is the system you use to get me there? If you talk to a coach and they can't answer those two questions, there's a good chance you should not hire them.
