You've got to design a business model where you're not in it, and then you can jump in and out when you need to be in it. We just assume that the only business model that exists is us in it. Sooner we can realize and design a business model that we are not in it. That is when you can do so much more. What is the
reason that you want to have a team in the first place? Why do you want to see? Leverage. That's the number one thing. So leverage isn't me being in it 24/7, leverage is me being able to come out this week and spend two amazing days here, spending a full afternoon with you guys, knowing that everything is running and operating just like it should.
