There were no why questions. Oh, you know, we need to do blah, blah, blah. And if I say why, now you have to defend but if you do a what, a what question is a rationale question, now you can he said, what's the what's the rationale behind that? Oh, the rationale is this, but, oh, why? Now you're like, now I have to justify my reasoning to you. Swap your whys for what, especially in your discovery conversations, and you will dramatically change tonality and like deescalate.
