This is the best email that we ever sent. It is called the Deal of the Week. I have a client who sells watches. He calls it the Watch of the Week. If you're in coaching, you call it the Client of the week. It doesn't matter, but something of the week gives them FOMO that they get something new that week. This is how this works. You're going to send one text based email just once a week. I'm going to give you the subject line, I'm going to give you the content, I'm going to give you the call to action, and I'm gonna give you the non negotiables, please, please, please, do not change it. So the subject line will be City Deal of the Week. San Diego, Deal of the Week. Let me give you an example. This week's Deal of the Week is in Old Town. Scottsdale, three bedroom, two bath, 2100 square feet, pool pod deck. Scottsdale schools, completely remodeled. Airbnb. Okay? 1.2 to 1.5 if you're interested, just reply, and I'll get you all the details. What do you feel like doing right now? Replying. You know what? This doesn't have. There is no address, no links, no pictures. Because when you give them an address, give them a link or a picture, they go start to go down a rabbit hole, or they make a snap judgment. What do you want? You want them to reply? Because all conversion happens in conversation.
