π± There are three primary sources of traffic you should always consider: brand or organic traffic, partnerships or JVs, and paid traffic. Each requires a different approach to convert successfully.
π οΈ For organic traffic, your brand has already warmed up these leadsβthey trust you, so conversion is often more straightforward. On the other hand, leads from paid traffic require a more skilled, patient approach. Understand that each type needs a tailored strategy to maximize your success.
π Next time you're wondering where your leads are coming from, diagnose the source first. Tailor your approach to the type of lead, and you'll find converting them much easier!

When I tell you attraction, traffic, your brain should instantly go to brand or organic. Who can I write a check to partners? Who can I do a JV with? Can I do a JV with a mortgage person? Can I do an event? Can I do something else? Can I partner with somebody else? So there's a who thing here, there's a to do thing here, and there's a paid thing here. So whenever you think something, I'm going to a diagnostic right whenever you think something like, if you tell me I don't have enough leads, I'm not gonna be like, Okay, so tell me where you're generating leads right now. No, I'm like, No, you have three ways, because the way you convert these leads are completely different than the way you convert those because those that came in on your brand are significantly easier to convert than those that came in paid. You need skills for this. You need to be chill for this. That's actually really good. Oh, my God, that was awesome.
