1️⃣ Willing to Engage: The first star goes to prospects who are willing to have a conversation. If they don't reply to your initial message, they're not even on the board.
2️⃣ Friendly and Collaborative: You’ve got a two-star prospect if they’re open, positive, and willing to work together. This is where rapport starts to build.
3️⃣ Clear on What They Want: A three-star prospect knows what they’re after. If they’re clear about their needs, you’re halfway there!
4️⃣ Knows When They Want It: When your prospect has a timeline in mind, they’re a four-star. This is key for moving forward with intention.
5️⃣ Wants Your Help: The final star! 🌟 If they start asking how you can help them or seek your expertise, you’ve found your five-star prospect—the kind worth your time and energy!

I'm going to give you a more efficient way to work your CRM. I call it the five star prospect. Five Star number one is willing to engage in a dialog. Star number two, they're a two star prospect if they're friendly and collaborative. A lead comes in to Trey Serrano's database, and he submits his information. What happens Trey writes him, but he never writes back. It's not that Facebook leads sock, you have a zero star prospect. They're not even willing to engage in a dialog. Here's number three, only if they're friendly and collaborative. Do we say? Do we start to figure out they know what they want? Only when you know what they want. Our job is to figure out when they want it, when they want it. So you have a four star prospect that knows when they want something. Here's a fifth star they want you to help them. If they can say yes, can you show me Yes? Can you help me? How can if they start asking you questions about their what and when's now, they're a five star prospect.
