2️⃣ Strategic Reminders: Don’t just wait for referrals to come in; actively remind clients that you appreciate them sharing your business. Subtle but consistent reminders can work wonders. ✉️
3️⃣ Build Awareness: Create content, newsletters, or events that educate clients on the value of referring you. Make them feel like they're part of your success journey. 🌟

Nobody wakes up in the morning. None of your clients wake up in the morning and say, Today's a beautiful day. I'm going to send Adam Tomas a referral today. Nobody does that. That is not their purpose of waking up in the morning. And there's got to be a way in which we incentivize them, or remind them, or create awareness around them to actually give us more referrals. So we have to create what I call referral buoys. You got to plant them in such a way so that when people think about you, they think about constantly giving you business. These are important things. If you don't have these in place, you're not going to get referrals. Hey, we got all these clients, but none of them give us referrals. Why? Because you have no machine in place to generate that.
