Whenever you think about a project, you have to ask this why question? And the why question is this you need to make a very short list of two things very short. I would say five each. What is it non negotiable and what is a negotiable? What is a non negotiable? And what is it negotiable, the non negotiable as Andy's if he said, Hey, in three years, I don't want to go on any listing appointments. That's a good non negotiable. But between now and then, I don't mind going on some that's a negotiable. So when you get your non negotiables now, when I share with Andy the various models, he can say, Oh, these three fit my non negotiables these two don't. So now you can pick and choose the problem is what we do is we like one model that feels pretty good. We try to shove ourselves into and we're like, Oh, crap, this doesn't work for me. That's because we have not figured out what is negotiable and what is non negotiable. I shared with Steven today one of my business partners is doing a deal wants to buy a company. He's like, I have this option. I have this option. I have this option. I have this option. I'm like bro, five negotiables five non negotiables till then you and I have no decision. No no reason to have a conversation because we have nothing to filter this against. Good
