If you're not emotionally or romantically attached to it and only care about the result that brings you dollar for dollar pound per file and single family is not efficient. While their family does not trade as calm, it trades as a business trades as a multiple net operating income in a market like today. All the properties around us are selling for this. We're selling for this just because we operated better even though the comps they may say it's this so comps don't matter multifamily operators matter
