Stop following me. Stop following everyone. You know Why? Because scrolling is literally a cry for help. Scrolling that you and I generally end up doing is because we're looking for something that we can’t find. Some inspiration, entertainment, maybe a help for something that we actually need but we haven't found yet. So, what you should do. You should go to your profile and unfollow everybody. Start at zero and then figure out the 1,2,3 things that you'd like to get better at. Maybe getting better at your work, maybe developing your skills, maybe being inspired. Start from zero and add in a very thoughtful way and you'll be amazed at the amount of energy and clarity it brings to your life. Scrolling is a cry for help.
