π Ever wondered why the best businesses seem to run so smoothly?
The secret is often hidden in their SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
π§ Most entrepreneurs resist documenting their SOPs, thinking, βI've got it all in my head.β But that's where the problem lies.
π Keeping everything in your head doesn't allow for scale and growth. Want to know three easy methods to transfer your knowledge? π
1οΈβ£ Teach by Example: Show someone what you do while youβre doing it.
2οΈβ£ Speak & Record: Just talk about your process and have someone document it for you. π€
3οΈβ£ Screen Record: If itβs digital, record your actions. Pass that video on for easy training! π₯οΈ

Transcript:
An SOP is an asset. In the business world SOP or Standard Operating Procedure is a set of workflows for us to make sure we do a certain task and get the same result every single time. But most entrepreneurs don't want to write SOP's because they're entrepreneurs, they're driven, and they believe that they have it all in their heads and they don't want to transfer that to anyone else because they believe that they can do it better and they can do it right every single time. I want to give you 3 quick ways in which you can transfer the SOPs to other people. First, while you're doing something, have someone else watch you. They can learn exactly what you're doing #2 just take your phone and talk, Just talk about what you actually do, and then have someone else recreate that. And third, while you're actually doing the thing that you're doing on the computer to record your entire screen. And then just hand it to somebody now that they can be handed off to someone else. Not only can they do it better they can do it without your involvement that allows you to do more joyful things that is why an SOP is an asset when transferred perfectly.
