People say be consistent. That's just dumb. Let me tell you why consistency just says you got to do the same things regularly. Well, it doesn't talk about the quality of those things. It doesn't talk about the thoughtfulness of those things. It didn't talk about the sequence of those things. If you wanted to lose weight, and you consistently showed up at the gym, but did the same things over and over and you were not getting any results. That would be bad. Even though you were being consistent. Even though you're putting in the right effort cadence. He's actually doing the right things in the right order in the right rhythms. So if you were to lose weight, you would do the right exercises in the right order in the right rhythm. If you were to make great content, you would do the right content in the right order. In the right rhythms cadence is actually the mother of consistency.
