As a real estate agent and you are talking to a client for the first time, how do you actually ask for a meeting? Because we know that when you get a meeting, a lot of good things happen. After you're sitting on the phone and having this conversation, you go back and forth about questions about topics. They ask for random questions on random topics, and then the conversation gets to a weird standstill, and you don't know what to do next. And they say, Oh yeah, just reach out to me when you have more questions. That is the bad thing to do. Instead, what should you do to get the appointment? You should use this framework for this script. It's called a βWhy don't we so that frameβ, why don't we so that. And you would say something like, when the conversation reaches that point where a lot of questions have been asked you say, hey Steven, why don't we get together for a cup of coffee and I can walk you through the five reasons why you should buy a home in today's market, so that you can make an informed and intelligent decision. Why don't we so that. Whenever a conversation reaches that weird point, use the why don't we so that frame and watch it work like a charm.
