We can't expect to get referrals just for doing our job. So when you walk into McDonald's, you don't tip 20%. But when you walk into a nice restaurant, you tip 20% Or even more why, at McDonald's, you just paid them for their food, the restaurant, you paid that extra premium for the experience. That's when when we work and have clients, we can't expect to get referrals just for doing our job. We already got paid for that. To get referrals, we have to create an insane experience. Now you may be asking, Well, what does that creating this insane experience mean? And here's the question you ask. There's two things that you can do to create an insane experience that is to increase joy and reduce stress. So ask yourself this one question. What can I do to increase my joy and reduce my stress for all my clients?
