Here's the problem with real estate, we have accepted the assumption. That we have to do this business. When someone gets into the business of owning a grocery store, they're not thinking that they would stock the milk. They're not thinking that they would ring up the cash register. They're not. They are running a business. We have built this business around our skill set as opposed to building the business around what the business should be like. You don't want to design the business where you get to do what you do best. No, you don't want that. What you want is to design a business where you're not involved at all and then you can choose to put yourself in or take yourself out when you want to and if that feels like it's too far away the reason for that is because the only design for the business, we have is with us in it.
