Would you like me to show you a simple system. This is how you annihilate the competition. Here's my friend David Matthewes, who's our associate broker in Colorado. David has this, he has this QR code. He's like, hey, when you scan my QR code, it goes to my website, one of my right to my website, it goes to my CRM, and then I automatically target that person and they see my ads everywhere, or they text me, it goes to my AI, and then it goes to an agent on my team. This is a system. Just having the QR code and saying “Oh my gosh I have QR codes on my signs, that is not enough. Showing them what happens is when things start to work. Do you see the difference? When you show them a system, they fall in love with you. When you show them a system, they realize that you have something that the other person does not. When you showed them the system, they realized that they're not just hiring you, they're hiring all the systems that you have built and that is super powerful.
