If someone is sharing things like finances, down payment, we don't have the money, credit, etcetera, we went to BK once. You got to honor them, create a space of safety for them and say, hey, listen, I know you don't share your credit stuff just like you share how much you like Bordeaux, so I'm going to keep this confidential. But thank you so much for your all ready and sharing this. Please know that this happens to all of us. It happened to me too. I'd love to work with you to figure out what we need to get you a home that you want at the price that you want in the terms that you want. By the way, did you watch the tonality associated with that? I instantly go to neutral; you got to like pause and take that understanding and show them care because that is what cements and solidifies the relationship because I know you care but instantly you want to go to solution mode. They don't always want the solution. You need to care before the solution.
