The job for our marketing, the job for marketing is to do what? Is to get somebody to raise their hand. That is the entire job of marketing. How many hand raises can you get so that now your sales skills, your advisory skills, your conversion skills can jump into play? The job for marketing in the real estate business is to generate hand raises, not just appointments. People will say, hey, how much did you give your marketing budget went to generating appointments, that's one thing. I want to see how much of your marketing budget went to generating hand raises. Because I know the more hand raises you get, the more conversations you get. The more conversations you get, the more conversion you get. Every time you set out a piece of marketing and you get a reply and you're in conversation, you feel like you're in momentum and you feel like something good is happening. And you never have a dip in momentum and energy.
