You may think it's weird, but I'm sorry, I'm better than you. No, no, not for any other reason than I roleplay the same script 300 times and you've role play three times with the client. So I gotta tell you a quick story. My family and I, we leave the house at the same time every morning. Whenever I get in the car. I have this practice where I roleplay with myself in the car, but this one time, my wife and I didn't know we're driving in parallel and I had no idea I'm sitting there role playing to the windshield by myself. And my kids are hanging out the window on the car next to me laughing their face off that I'm talking to the windshield. And I'm still at the stoplight. Has anyone taken the time to walk you through what it takes to buy a home in today's market? My my wife's like, this is hilarious. And my my daughter is like screaming and I can't even hear it. Then I turn around like embarrassed. But my son told me, Dad, were you scripting? I said yeah. Because we have this thing at home. We say when you don't script you don't care.
