Star number one is willing to engage in a dialogue star number two, there are two star prospect. If they're friendly and collaborative, a lead comes in to Tray Serrano's database. And he submits his information, what happens? Tre writes him, but he never writes back. It's not even Facebook leads suck. You have a zero star prospect. They're not even willing to engage in a dialogue. Here's number three, only if they're friendly and collaborative do we say do we start to figure out they know what they want. Only when you know what they want. Our job is to figure out when they want it when they want it. So you have a four star prospect that knows when they want something. Here's the fifth star. They want you to help them if they can say yes. Can you show me? Yes. Can you help me if they start asking you questions about their what and when's, now their five star prospect.
