10% of people are ready to jump into business with you right now. 10% may never engage.
The real game changer? The middle 80%.
40% need time, and another 40% need education.
This is where many fail to capitalize because, let’s face it, lead nurture can feel like a drag. It's not as flashy as sending out a slick new marketing piece.
But remember, the bulk of your potential income is nestled within these groups.

The lead generation or the other clients cycle in our business has something called a 1010 4040 rule, alright. 1010 4040. 10% of people that you talk to, at any point in time are yes, they want to do some business with you, or they want to engage with you. They want to do something with you. They want to work with you, the other 10%, who you don't even know about, don't ever want to do anything with you. But you don't know who they are. In the middle, you have to 4040 40% of the time and 40% need education. This is where we break this is why we say lead nurture is everything, but we won't do it. You know why you won't do lead nurture. Why won't you do lead nurture takes time. Why else because it's boring. Okay. It is way more interesting to make a marketing piece and be like, Hey, I send out this marketing piece. Our excitement is in building the piece, creating the piece, making sure we're good sending out the piece nearly feels so good, because it's boring, and it's okay, but we need to know that 80% Or maybe more of our money is stuck in the middle and we have to move the middle.
