So how do you invest in real estate without your own cash? Say you're a real estate agent, and you are seeing other people around you invest in real estate. In fact, the deals that you brought them, you're seeing other agents make more deals, make more money by amassing a portfolio of assets. And you're thinking, why can't I do that? Do I have to just go deal to deal all the time? What's even worse is that you are so frustrated that if this continues to happen month after month, day after day, year after year, you will go an entire career without having a portfolio of assets that you know you could have built. There are options where you can invest in real estate without using your own cash, and I want to give you one of them today, which we call seller financing. It is a creative way to actually get a deal done without using your own cash on a real estate transaction. You get a loan from the bank, but instead of you putting up the money, you could negotiate for the seller who's selling the property to take another loan.
