Most buyers think a yard sign is the only way—here’s how you unlock hidden deals!

Most people think that the only way to buy a home is when there's a sign in the yard. That is not the case. Missus. Talk about this. Let me tell you about the active sellers that we know. Who are the active sellers that you know? You've got your own listings. Some of you have maybe a pocket. All I want is one thing in that box. Let's talk about passive sellers that we know. They're not on the market, but you know them. Who are they? Expires, expireds, expireds, that are your clients, that you actually know them. Now I want to look at passive sellers who I don't know. Yeah, homeowners like you, call it your farm. Now I want to know active sellers that I don't know, folks on the MLS overall, right? And I can say Mr. Mrs. Client. Most people believe that the only way to buy a home is when there's a sign in the yard. In fact, I want to tell you that there's a significantly more important process in all of this. I want to show you our process in reaching all these potential sellers. By the way, you do all of this anyway. You do social media marketing. You actually do flyers to the neighborhood. If you did this in front of them, it will blow their minds, because, you know what they're thinking, Wow. Sharran has access to the entire market. Otherwise, they think of you as search and show. So that's why most media outlets will tell us like, oh, I can't believe she got a, you know, 6% commission, or three to 3% commission on a million dollar house for opening a door, right? It's not that you opened the door like you did a lot that they did not see.
