Stop letting clients chase you for updates—use this simple system!

Would you like to have your clients? Never bother you. I always recommend. Always recommend. I don't like to use the words always and never, because they're belief system words. I'm telling you what to do. I always recommend these two things. Thing Number one, in the appointment, when they say yes, you say, Mrs. Klein, I want to make this extremely easy for you. You never have to check in with the crowd dates. You think that that's a harsh thing to say. They're like, thank you so much. Here's what I do with all my clients. Every Friday, I send you an update of what happened the previous week and what's coming up the next week. We called it that review preview. They're like, Oh, John's gonna send me a little text, email, video, whatever on what happened this past week next week. So you know, no no matter what, you're gonna get the weekly update right. And second, if anything names or happens that needs our attention, not your attention, our attention. I'll just bring it up to you when you prefer text frame not a call. Stop calling your clients.
