The most important thing is full disclosure of how compensation works. Our job is to tell people exactly how it works. We have never had to do that, because all we've been able to say is, Hey, Mrs. Buyer, don't worry about it. Working with me is free. The seller pays me some version of that. We cannot do that anymore. So you must be wondering, what the heck do you say? So I'm going to take you through what we're going to say.
