The reason we're in this lawsuit is they call this horizontal price fixing, and what that means is a seller, my agent, we negotiate a 6% commission, and she's going to keep three and a half because she's a boss, and she's going to offer two and a half to the buyer. Side, I get to negotiate with her the full the full commission. So I get to negotiate my representation with her, but I don't get to negotiate my representation of what I'm paying for the buyer. What the lawsuit is claiming is that there is a internal conspiracy that we are price fixing the other two and a half percent because I, as a seller, don't have the ability to negotiate, that I can only negotiate with her. So essentially, they're saying, Hey, I'm paying the 6% you offer the two and a half. How is that fair? It is my money. I want to negotiate it directly. That's called horizontal price fixing, because I don't have the ability to negotiate the full commission whatever I said about commission stuff for your personal use only, and you should check with your attorney and your broker, because I may be full of hot air.
