The fastest way to get in production is to find a specialty. I would just get a PhD in revive, because now I would utilize the Revive platform to go prospect. I'd be like, hey, our partners can help you with this renovation. Our partners can do the buy, sell transaction. Our partners can do the two bytes of the apple. I would suggest revive. But you may say, Hey, I'm specializing in FSBOs. I'm specializing expired. I'm specializing in just calling when you specialize. So what a lot of young agents do is they lose traction quickly, because they jump around to different things quickly. They're like, Oh, I'm gonna do some calling for a while. Oh, that didn't work. I'm gonna post on social media for nine months. Go by and $10,000 go by and you're like, Man, I didn't get any traction. But if you can commit 1824, months to one pillar, it will dramatically change your confidence, because you will be better at that than anyone else in your field, and because of that, you'll get a ton of business.
