This one thing, from a sales perspective, will be super helpful to people. A lot of times we think about, yeah, I'm gonna go run an ad to get a sale. Instead, think about, what is the baby step that I can get them to take? A lot of times I'll talk to real estate agents around the country. He's like, Well, I call. I'm like, great, you're calling. I've been calling all these leads. I've been getting these inbounds. But Sharran, you know, none of them want to do anything right now. Everyone is like, later, I need money right now. And what they don't realize is that as soon as they think it's a not now thing, they instantly shut down and they're like, this is a not now thing. This lead doesn't work. Et cetera. So if anyone is in this mode, I'll give you a piece of advice.
