If you tell people hey, what's your budget, they feel like you're insulting their finances based on how they were raised. So budgets not a great word. Now you know, even though your budget is 3 million bucks, you're like, Man, I don't feel good enough saying my budgets $3 million. All our buyers feel that way. So you can say hey, what range makes you feel comfortable on the purchase price? Or is it more a monthly payment conversation?
