Five super tactical things that you can do for free that will help you get more listings. I've been doing this for 10 years, and no one does this stuff and it works really well. It doesn't need to be fancy. All I'm writing is hey, I'm going to do all these things for your house. And then I put the address in the middle. Yeah, our team is working on the strategy to launch you're excited and I look at it and be like, This is awesome. Ally started working for me already. And then when you have a new listing, you just erase that address, put 23 Pineapple like and you're not you know what does does? It delights them. It shows them that you're already working for them.
