To the referral backdoor is the easiest way to get more referrals, here's how the whole thing works. Most of our referral sources like a CPA and attorney, etc, don't really know what makes us different as a real estate professional. So what we end up doing is we need to educate them on what makes us different. So here's the script that I would use. I would reach out to your CPA and say, Hey, Mister, mister CPA, I would love to sit down with you for the next 1015 minutes and walk you through exactly the same presentation I give to my clients in the living room when I'm talking to them about a listing. Now, the CPA knows your exact value proposition. The CPA knows your exact pitch, the CPA knows exactly what you do. And now they're able to actually refer you that client because they know what you do otherwise, they're just leaning on who's top of mind and who has the best relationship. So to make the referral, backdoor work for you have that meeting and explain to the referral source exactly what you do so that they can sell it for you.
