Please do not say this area, the house data rate, Hey, you don't mind paying $9,000 A month right now, but we'll try and figure it out to get you down to 3000 later that doesn't work. Why is the rate an issue the rates only an issue because it affects your monthly payment, call it out and we're not buying a home or buying a monthly payment. Should we work on structuring this monthly payment so that you can get your home that you want at a price that you want the terms that you want? That's way better. But the way to structure it is to help them understand they're not buying a home they're buying a monthly payment
