The hardest part is we always think about saying, Oh, I wrote this book, but I'm going to give away the first chapter and build this course. I'm going to give away the first module. Don't do that, build two courses, and give the first course away for free. Write the book and give the book away for free. You're giving people the entire toolkit to be successful because it's delivering results in advance. We think that lead generation is about getting them to dip their toe in the water. No lead generation is showing them that you can help them and your engineering success. Giving them all the tools necessary to actually win is way better than just teasing them.
