You tell the client never to ask for updates. You say, Mr. Mrs. Client, there's two ways that we do updates for all our private clients, meaning, don't ask me for updates because you set the rules. Number one, every Friday, we do a summary of everything that happened that week and everything is going to happen that week ahead. We call this the review, preview. Shawn has a review preview. He's amazing. So now they know on Friday that they're gonna get a review preview, email, Voice Memo, whatever for me. Number two, if there's anything significant happens between that time I will be the first to let you know that's it. That means don't bother. I will just let you know. So now they're thinking, Wait a minute, Shawn's gonna like give me a review preview on Friday or if something happens you let me know otherwise I'm good.
