The number one mistake I see real estate agent make is that they spew good advice all the time to their clients. And even though the advice is right, the clients don't feel a sense of context and feeling heard. Here's how to fix it. This script, the framework will help you every single time in your client conversations. And it goes like this because you said blank, I recommend blank. Because you said you wanted to live in XYZ school district and only 10 minutes from the freeway, I recommend that if we only look at neighborhood AB and C, it allows the client to know that you heard them and then it shows your authority and expertise because you recommend a certain thing. So the next time you're in a situation, show them that they're heard because you said blank, I recommend blank.
