There's one thing you should NEVER say at an open house.
🚫 When a potential buyer walks in, asking, "What brings you in today?" is like... well, you know when you stroll into J. Crew or Banana Republic?
🛍️ And that salesperson pounces with, "What are you looking for?" Awkward, right?
Our goal?
🎯 Make it EASY for clients. No pressure, no discomfort. Next time, try this instead:
"Hi, I'm Sharran. Did you see the signs or did you find us online?"
🛣️📲 Simple, right? It's the perfect opener for a smooth conversation.
