It's not about the biggest number, but PROOF over PROMISE. Even if it's 50, 40, 30, or just 12... Numbers talk.π€

You take this one piece of paper; you will win more listings than any other time. It looks something like this. This is my CRM, and it says I have 57,352 contacts. This should be on one page. Your screenshot on the left. Proof. Because if you said you have 57,000 active buyers, they do not believe you and then on right, I got 57,352 buyers in the database, I did over three years, 18,513 are actively looking in the next 90 days 7,100 and we are looking for a four-bedroom 3 bath just like your home, Marsha. 2,270 have to buy in the next 90 days, 211 of them we spoke to in the last 15 days. If you said I have 211 active buyers, they don't believe you. But if you said you have 57,000 and now 211, they believe you. The numbers don't have to be this thing. It can be 5 thousand, 4 thousand, 3000, 2000, 12,12 better than 0 because it's proof over promise.
