The quality of some of these real estate scripts just blow my mind. I actually read one that says, hey, I'm just calling to check in to see if you have any real estate needs. Real estate needs. Nobody wakes up in the morning and says, Oh, what are my real estate need? Like No one wakes up thinking about that. We have to see things that are specific and intentional to people. I'll give you a agent that called me recently that had a great script. He says, Hey, Sharon, would you like to hear about a property that will pay you to own it? Think about that. Would you like to hear about a property that would pay you to own it? And now that got me curious now that's got me interested. Now that's got me specific and now that's got me intentional that is significantly better than saying, Do you have any real estate needs?
