If you’re a real estate agent and the market is a little slower, you should be doing this one thing. The best thing that you can do is to do more open houses. In fact, to do double the number of open houses that you do because the open houses will do the marketing for you. If you on average only do one open house when you get a listing, do two or three more because you don't have enough inventory to do more open houses, you have to do three times the number of open houses for one third the inventory, the fastest way is to promote your product and promote yourself and promote your expertise is to do more open houses if you can in a softer market or when there’s not enough inventory.
