We really put dumb stuff in great packaging and we think we're gonna get great results. Rip off and duplicate. Rip off and duplicate doesn't work if you have cr*p inside. How many of you have seen this “I have a buyer” letter. Put it in a colored envelope because they’ll think it is an invitation and they will open it and write the letter in handwriting so they think it's their personal letter and they will open it more. Put the little fancy seal on the back so that they feel like it's more personal and now they're thinking it’s the wedding invitation and then they'll open it. You can make all kinds of gimmicks to opening your “I have a buyer” letter. Doesn't matter if there’s *** inside. So, my wife got this letter. Says what does I have a buyer letter mean? I said, what do you mean? One typical buyer says, you know, they're trying to say, like my client wants to buy your home. She's like, they should say that. The idea here is my client wants to buy your home. If you're door knocking and saying I have a buyer, they don't know what it means. See. Oh, so sorry to bother you. My client is looking for a home in this neighborhood. People want to buy at home are you open to something. That's OK because now they know my client wants to buy your home.
