How many of you actually send emails to your clients? Let's say I'm meeting with Marsha on Thursday. Today's Monday, I would write an email to my database that looks exactly like this. You would say Minneapolis early access. I'm meeting with a client tomorrow by putting up their home for sale in a few weeks, four bedroom, four bath ,4100 square feet, Pool and Spa decked out Scottsdale tena den schools or Minnetonka 10 out of 10 schools completely remodel Airbnb. Okay, range 1.2 to 1.5. I have no address, no link, no pictures. Can you shoot me a quick reply? If you're interested, and I can get you all the details. What am I doing here? I'm getting a buyer. I don't even have the listing yet. I'm selling the appointment. On average. If you have 100 buyers in your database, you'd get three to four responses to an email like this. When you get this you get proof of a promise. Imagine walking into a client and say this is Mr. Client. A lot of people will say that they can bring you a buyer for your home. In fact, I actually sent out an email and look, I have four people that are already interested right now I'm not saying that the right fit, but I didn't know what your timing was what your pricing was, but I already have an interested group of people that we can pre launch with.
