The script is just really hard for me. If you're a real estate agent, you may have heard this it says, Have you ever had any thoughts of selling? Please don't ask a consumer that like a consumer does not know how to answer that question. Have you ever had any thoughts of selling that does not help you that does not help the consumer and they know that it's the introduction to a sales pitch that is coming after that. That's why that's a sleazy script. But you may say arch Ron, what is the next best script that you can have? Well, here's the next best script. I say, Hey, mister miss, client. I'm a real estate junkie just like you. I have a question for you. Was there a price in mind that you have for this home that will get you to your next home? That's a little aggressive in and of itself, but what it does, it's more specific and more intentionally. You're telling them that you're a real estate junkie, you're telling them that is there a price they have in mind and you're telling them they can get their next home? It allows them to think about the buying aspiration because buying is aspirational and selling is operational.
