Here's a script for a real estate agent. If I can help you get the highest price possible for your home, would you consider selling it like this stuff was actually in a script book. It is insane. People forget that buying is aspirational and selling is operational. Nobody wakes up in the morning and says, Oh my gosh, I'm so excited to sell my home, right? When we know where we're going next, then we realize the operational thing that we need to do today. So if you're a real estate agent, think about that. Think about how you can tap into the aspirational conversation because that's frankly much easier to have as frankly much more interesting to have because buying is aspirational and selling is operational.
