Most important three words in this entire e-mail. I sent this agenda e-mail the morning of, subject line is Meeting Game Plan, not listing appointment. Easy language. I'm looking forward to seeing you today. I'm putting together a strategy for the sale of your home. As part of our client process. Oh, Sharran has a process. We have found that it's helpful to cover three important topics in the meeting to set it up for success. Here's what they are: your goals, blah blah blah, our process, blah blah blah, the game plan, timeline, pricing, transaction process. I want them to see that I'm going to cover that in the appointment to reduce Marcia’s stress and of course, we can discuss anything else you would like. I just wanted to offer a structure for our time together. So now they know that there's some structure. We just want to give you a good sense of the landscape of how our process fits in and most importantly, to build around your goals as this is centered around you. Most important, three words in this entire e-mail, no prep required. I can guide you through it all.
