The crazy part is this when you're in an appointment with me, I say this 50 times, it's our job to bring you an offer that you want at a price that you want are the terms that you want. You know why? Because then I leave and Jimmy leaves and Jenny leaves and Jack leaves the appointment. You know what these sit down and talk about later? Well, I loved all of them. But Sharran said he was going to bring us an offer that we wanted the price that we want, the terms that we want, when a client can utilize your language in their nomenclature you have already won. They're not going to remember your seven point marketing plan. I'm sorry, they're not. But they'll remember the thing that you said 40 times because what they're thinking is how do I find a buyer for the house?
