A home is only worth what you're willing to accept for it. So what number will put a smile on your face? He cannot dodge it. Because I just told him that that's what it's worth. And then he'll say something like, you're the expert, you tell me or some version of that. And then you say, thank you take the half assed compliment, because he said, You're the expert, you tell me and he'd say, so we think in ranges. So what is the range that makes you feel really good? When we run this process? Before you move to Scottsdale, I put the question right back at it. Because I just want to know where I stand. Because when I asked him for a number, he wouldn't give it to me, then I'm gonna ask him for a range and he may still may not give it to me, then I will say, Okay, the third I will say is, well, what would be an offer that we would get that you would not even want me to bring to you? Oh, don't bring me anything under 750. Now, you know, I need him to say something. I need him to start somewhere. Otherwise, no matter what you say, you're gonna feel weird about? Do you see them multiple levels of that conversation? It's not hard. I just need him to get him to say something. Otherwise, if he doesn't have ownership in the pricing process, you don't have ownership of the pricing process. And no matter what recommendation you make, he's not going to take it so I'm just offering to you Don't be stressed about pricing.
